Great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group!

Flexible hybrid role – Office location is Richmond Melbourne

As the Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst, you will work within a collaborative team to support the delivery of a National payroll accurately on a weekly and monthly basis.

Apply your specialist payroll knowledge and SAP experience to support the business requirements in a UAT and reporting role, as well as supporting the broader payroll team.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering for payroll changes (regulatory and non-regulatory).
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP releases and system changes in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Maintaining and developing Payroll Reporting for Finance and the broader business.
  • Supporting the Payroll Operations team with SAP assistance.
  • Payroll Tax submission and annual return assistance.
  • Providing insights from data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Payroll.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
  • SAP ECP experience is desirable; ServiceNow and/or UKG experience also ideal.
  • Experience in larger organizations, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
  • Ability to solve complex payroll, leave, and GL account problems.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
