The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting payroll compliance operations for the EMEA region. This includes addressing payroll tax queries, providing operational and client escalation support, conducting in-depth research to facilitate global expansion projects, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance documentation.

- Regulatory Compliance and Research: Collaborate with the Payroll Compliance team to understand and document country-specific payroll compliance requirements.
- Operational Support: Provide guidance on general payroll tax queries and compliance matters within the EMEA region. Support client escalations by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams, external partners to gather and disseminate payroll compliance information.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the development and maintenance of legislative specifications for multiple jurisdictions within the region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent compliance certification.
- 4+ years of Payroll Tax compliance experience, with demonstrated expertise in payroll regulations for at least two EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, HR policies, and payroll compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex payroll compliance projects with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, including planning and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and align diverse stakeholders.
