Full-Time People Advisor

Montu is seeking a proactive and collaborative People Advisor to join our People Team. Reporting to the People Partner, you will provide guidance and support to employees and team leaders, driving Montu’s end-to-end people partnering approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor on performance management, leave, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Support performance evaluations and address attraction, retention, and performance issues.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support people strategies and programs.
• Ensure HR activities comply with Montu’s policies and legislation.
• Assist with HR initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
• Support change management initiatives.
• Manage performance, disciplinary, and development processes.
• Participate in the development and review of HR policies.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to implement new processes.
• Provide coverage across portfolios as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and policies.
• Experienced in managing cyclical HR processes and employee relations.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication.
• Technically proficient in digital HR systems.
• Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Highly organised and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
