Full-Time People and Talent Manager

People and Talent Manager role at Nillion, a decentralized public network focused on novel cryptographic primitives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate communications and ATS management.
• Manage onboarding process.
• Work with hiring managers to scope, draft, and publish job descriptions.
• Data maintenance and analytics.
• Manage HR Information System (HRIS).
• Support global leave and absence management.
• Assist with engagement initiatives, company communications, and team meet-ups.
• Develop and improve HR processes and policies.
• Update Staff Wiki.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in people-facing role at tech company.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis tools (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Experience with HRIS and ATS.
• Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Knowledge of people business partnering, employment laws, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR tech stack (Greenhouse, Asana, Notion, MS Office, Git, Google Suite).
