Full-Time People Business Partner

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to be part of our People department.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Planning, the People Business Partner (PBP) is someone who is a strategic partner to a business unit to enable them to perform at their best. You’ll collaborate closely with Leaders in your business units in order to consult on program development, lead change management, and support their growth as we continue to scale.

As the People Business Partner, you will:

• Provide coaching and advisory support to the business groups at Jobber.
• Understand Jobber’s People strategy and utilize it to drive performance.
• Own and evolve our leave administration strategy.
• Review and analyze Department People Data and metrics.
• Manage the creation and rollout of new people programs at Jobber.
• Stay connected to the tech sector by providing insights and advice.

To be successful, you should have:

• Robust experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a high-volume call centre environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team orientation.
• Understanding of employment legislation.

Compensation:

This role has a minimum annual salary of $98,300, a midpoint of $115,700, and a maximum salary of $133,100.
