The RoleMedely is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic People Coordinator to join our People team. This is a unique opportunity to expand your HR expertise in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment while supporting employees across the U.S.
As a People Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a high level of HR support and service. You'll manage and maintain our core HR systems and processes, contributing to a seamless employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
The Impact You'll Make
- Serve as the first line of support for employee questions via Siit.io, Gmail, and Slack
- Become a subject matter expert on Medely’s HR policies and programs, escalating issues as appropriate
- Manage and maintain employee records and reports, continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency and document security
- Support and administer HR tools including our HRIS (Rippling), LMS (Workramp), and performance management platform (Lattice)
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to execute onboarding, employee changes, terminations and scheduling.
