We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis through September 2026.
You'll partner with non-technical teams (Compliance, Risk, Finance, Strategy, Marketing) to align people strategies with business goals.
Support the development and retention of high performers and drive organizational excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, you'll be part of a collaborative team.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to partner for your departments.
- Tackle employee relations with empathy.
- Deliver consistent HR support.
- Work closely with P&C teams.
- Help design, improve, and roll out initiatives.
- Guide employee exits with care.
- Manage leaves of absence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in People & Culture.
- Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of HR best practices and Canadian labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative spirit and a growth mindset.
