Our client is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to ensure a seamless employee experience and support culture, engagement, and operational excellence. This role creates clarity in people processes and embeds company values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop structured training for new hires.
- Launch and coordinate quarterly engagement and culture initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee files and reporting.
- Run exit interviews and track engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of People & Culture/HR experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive information.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Exposure to global or distributed teams.
- Event coordination experience.
- International experience.
Measurable Accountabilities:
- 100% onboarding completion with training programs implemented.
- Quarterly engagement initiatives with 75%+ participation.
- Accurate employee data and reporting.
- Exit interviews and surveys conducted.
