Job Details

Our client is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to ensure a seamless employee experience and support culture, engagement, and operational excellence. This role creates clarity in people processes and embeds company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop structured training for new hires.
  • Launch and coordinate quarterly engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and reporting.
  • Run exit interviews and track engagement.

Key Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of People & Culture/HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Exposure to global or distributed teams.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • International experience.

Measurable Accountabilities:
  • 100% onboarding completion with training programs implemented.
  • Quarterly engagement initiatives with 75%+ participation.
  • Accurate employee data and reporting.
  • Exit interviews and surveys conducted.
