Job Details
The People Experience Coordinator enhances the employee experience by supporting administrative and engagement tasks. This fixed-term role supports the People Experience Team with administrative excellence, onboarding, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the People Team inbox, update the company wiki, coordinate events and travel, administer coworking programs, and conduct compliance checks.
- Reward and Recognition: Administer the reward platform and coordinate swag distribution.
- Survey Administration: Support engagement and lifecycle surveys, collating and distributing reports.
- Onboarding and Induction Support: Coordinate induction sessions, foster discussion among new hires, and maintain onboarding resources.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure communication between the People Team and employees, supporting ad-hoc tasks and assisting in event calendar development.
You will have:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience using Slack or similar tools.
- Experience coordinating travel.
- Experience with collaboration tools and HR systems.
- Previous experience administering employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
