What You’ll Do:You will lead the operational management and delivery of people services throughout the employee lifecycle. Focus on optimizing processes, maintaining KPIs and SLAs, and scaling operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead a high-performing, cross-functional SSC team, aligning with policies and regional compliances.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operational processes (onboarding, documentation, contracts, time/attendance, payroll, benefits, offboarding) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Service Delivery: Manage daily activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting/exceeding KPIs and SLAs.
  4. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional HR teams, business leaders, and others for seamless service delivery and improved employee experience.
  6. Data & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and HR compliance. Monitor and analyze service metrics, reporting regularly.
  7. Transformation Leadership: Support and lead transformation projects, integrating new technologies and simplifying processes.
  8. Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and manage escalated queries.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years HR shared service experience, 3-5 years in management.
  • Proven track record in leading operational teams and delivering HR initiatives in global, matrixed environments.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes (onboarding-offboarding).
  • Experience driving process improvement and automation.
  • Understanding of data privacy and HR compliance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Management Systems (ERP/HCM).
  • Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volumes.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
