People Operations Coordinator
Role Summary: The People Operations Coordinator will support HR functions, ensure smooth daily operations, and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new hires' onboarding, including paperwork, I-9, and Workday entry.
- Process HR transactions (new hires, terminations, etc.) in Workday.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and system navigation.
- Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.
- Support payroll and compensation processes.
- Implement new HR initiatives and programs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of HR, People Operations, or related experience.
- Experience using Workday.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation: $33.65-$36.05/hour + equity
