Full-Time People Operations Generalist

The Role: We seek a passionate People Operations Generalist to join our growing team and shape the future of our employee experience. This role is more than HR; it's about building strong relationships, optimizing systems, and developing meaningful processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) ensuring data integrity and optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses supporting People metrics.
• Manipulate and analyze data in Excel for compensation, benefits, headcount, and compliance reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between People data and business processes.
• Support employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Assist in compensation processes like benchmarking, data analysis, and pay equity reviews.
• Support People-related projects, process improvements, compliance audits, and new system implementations.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs for scalable People Operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and support audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Finance, and other departments for a seamless employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field with a strong technical focus.
• Experience supporting benefits administration, payroll operations, and compensation processes.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Strong project management skills (PMP a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Clear communication and ability to influence across stakeholders.
• Passion for building scalable, compliant, and employee-friendly processes.

Compensation: Carrot offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and base salary ranging from $96,000 to $105,000.
