Full-Time People Operations Manager

Summary: We are hiring a People Operations Manager to enhance our HR operations. They will drive process improvements and support the development and implementation of policies to optimize the employee experience and foster a productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR core functional areas (benefits, compliance, policy).
• Partner with department leaders on HR initiatives (team/employee lifecycle, job descriptions, performance management).
• Address employee relations concerns (conflict resolution, management support).
• Support employees with People Operations inquiries.
• Partner with VP People and HR Director on training and coaching.
• Administer review and feedback cycles.
• Manage visa applications and renewals, and immigration audits.
• Provide ongoing support to HR Director and/or VP People with strategy, reporting, and project management.
• Perform other projects and HR duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Proven success enhancing process workflow and leveraging automations within HRIS systems.
• High level of discretion and integrity.
• Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills (macro and micro).
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment law.
