About TourRadar
TourRadar is the leading Organized Adventure Platform, connecting travelers, operators, travel agents, and creators in one integrated tech ecosystem. We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team in Vienna.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR systems (HiBob).
- Ensure accurate payroll processes across Austria, Canada, and Australia.
- Ensure compliance with employment law.
- Assist with contracts and work permits.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Help drive well-being programs.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process.
- Maintain employer branding assets.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations / HR Operations role.
- Knowledge of Austrian labour law.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience supporting audits and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob experience highly valued).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
