Job Summary:TradeCentric seeks a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic People team. This role drives operational excellence, creating scalable processes for enhanced employee experience. It oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR process execution. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, process-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership.
Report to: HR Director
Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000
Work Location: 100% Remote
What You'll Do:
- People Operations: Oversee and enhance onboarding/offboarding processes, creating a positive employee experience. Optimizes workflows for efficient HR processes. Leads engaging New Hire Welcome sessions for team integration.
- Collaborate: Collaborates with Talent Acquisition for smoother candidate-to-employee transitions. Partners with Payroll on accurate compensation, benefits, and leave processing, ensuring compliance.
- Compliance: Supports regulatory compliance filings (e.g., Multiple Worksite Reporting, EEO-1, Pay Data, SOC II, HR/Payroll audits), staying updated on employment regulations for accurate reporting.
- Data and Analytics: Optimizes and manages employee data in Paylocity. Evaluates and implements HR system enhancements.
- Benefits Administration: Partners with benefits administrators to improve program delivery. Addresses employee benefit-related inquiries.
- Employee Engagement: Designs and executes team engagement initiatives to foster well-being, connection (remote and in-person)
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in People Operations or HR
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication skills, strong attention to detail
- Experience handling confidential matters professionally and tactfully
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Adaptable to managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with supporting global/remote teams (multi-state payroll experience preferred)
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Background in B2B SaaS or software + service businesses (a plus)
