Full-Time People Operations Manager / Team Lead

Fundraise Up is a fundraising platform enhancing donation processes for non-profit foundations. We improve loading speeds, conversion rates, and payment methods, supporting organizations like UNICEF and the Obama Foundation.

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager / Team Lead to join our global PeopleOps function. This role involves managing a team and driving PeopleOps projects end-to-end, combining strategic program management with hands-on execution across global HR operations, employee lifecycle, and cross-border compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a PeopleOps team.
• Own and deliver high-priority PeopleOps projects.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on global mobility, immigration, and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders on cross-border employment and contractor conversions.
• Build scalable processes, policies, and tools to support company growth.
• Anticipate compliance risks and proactively design mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in employee experience.
• Be a hands-on problem solver.

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleOps / HR, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Experience managing PeopleOps/HR teams in fast-growing startups.
• Expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe.
• Knowledge of cross-border employment structures.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Adaptive and able to pivot priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English
