Full-Time People & Operations Partner

Immersive Labs is seeking a People & Operations Specialist for their growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on People operations and supporting wider business operational needs in the MENA and EMEA region. This is a remote role, but there will be in-person meetings in the EMEA HQ on a bi-annual basis, and in-region as well.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Ownership of EMEA Onboarding/Offboarding: Generating offer letters, handling visas/immigration, communicating with new hires.
2. Benefits Administration: Enrolling employees in health insurance, working with insurance brokers, benefit renewals.
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, providing HR guidance based on local labor laws.
4. Regional Liaison: Acting as liaison for all operational aspects of the MENA region, escalating issues as needed.
5. Legal Entity Management: Supporting legal entity incorporation and ongoing management, partnering with Legal.
6. Deal Administration: Supporting the go-to-market team with regional deal administration, revenue collections, and compliance.
7. Special Projects: Supporting the People and wider Operations team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks, both locally and globally.

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of People Operations or HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employee onboarding/offboarding best practices
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (Arabic and English, written and verbal)
