Role: People Operations Specialist
Who We Are: At Clever Digital Marketing, we are on a mission to empower large-scale home improvement companies by fueling their top-line revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies.
About the Role: As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical, cross-functional role that spans HR operations, benefits, and in-office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations (60%) Maintain and optimize our HRIS (Leapsome & Deel), employee files, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes across teams.
- Assist in the administration of learning and development programs.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and employee communications.
- Conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure data integrity, and accuracy.
- Adhoc Talent Acquisition support for vacation coverage
- Office Operations (30%) Serve as point person for the management of our Toronto office.
- Coordinate office logistics including team events, catering, supplies, equipment, office improvement initiatives, and in-person meeting support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools such as Leapsome, Deel, Gsuite, Slack, Pinpoint (ATS). Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Organization & Detail Oriented: Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
