What are we looking for? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused People Operations Specialist to support our growing EMEA team. You’ll play a critical part in delivering a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on running new hire orientation sessions tailored for EMEA time zones.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and execute People Ops processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, data).
- Facilitate new hire orientations for EMEA-based employees.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for employee questions.
- Coordinate country-specific leave policies.
- Maintain employee records (HRIS).
- Partner with IT and other departments for onboarding setup.
- Assist with People programs (e.g., surveys, reviews).
- Coordinate internal communications (policy updates, events).
- Support compliance with local labor laws.
- Help document and improve People Ops processes.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and regional leadership.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 5-8 years of experience in People Operations or similar.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries.
- Excellent English communication skills (other EMEA languages a plus).
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Comfortable facilitating group sessions.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with HR systems.
- Collaborative, discreet, and empathetic.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about building a great employee experience.
