This People Ops role is a key member of our People team, shape-shifting across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize People processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, open enrollment, DE&I).
- Create incredible in-person experiences for the distributed team.
- Build programs for meaningful employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all roles.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
