Full-Time People Operations Specialist

• Recruitment Systems Management: Own and maintain our ATS (Ashby) and proactively evaluate and implement new tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Candidate Pipeline Oversight: Manage and monitor candidate pipelines for full-time, part-time, and contract roles.
• Talent Sourcing and Job Postings: Collaborate with hiring managers to write and post job listings.
• Candidate Experience: Coordinate interviews, maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Recruiting Process Optimization: Document and maintain recruiting workflows, track and report on recruiting KPIs.
• Hiring Operations: Create offer letters, ensure all pre-hire steps are completed, and support onboarding programs.
• Employee Onboarding: Work with hiring managers and the Operations team to ensure new team members are set up for success.

• You have 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or a similar role.
• You’re experienced with using ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and a strong project manager.
• You’re a strong communicator.
