As a People Partner, you will be a key figure in nurturing our company culture and ensuring our people strategies align with our business goals.
You will work closely with your Global People Partner, management, and employees across our Customer Organizations to provide strategic HR guidance, support talent management, and enhance employee engagement.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and equipped to excel.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to management on all things related to HR, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. In partnership with the Global People Partner, ensure alignment and collaboration for your assigned client groups.
Talent Management: Participate in performance management and employee development programs. Implement strategies to retain and develop top talent and drive the development of a high-performing organization.
Employee Relations: Serve as a contact for employee relations issues in your client groups. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring fair treatment.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to cultivate an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and reflected at all company levels.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making, track progress against HR objectives, and identify areas for improvement across the business. Share team metrics with the leaders to develop action plans for improvement and growth.
Change Management: Provide guidance on change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support the organization through changes.
