Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general guidance to employees (Self-Service Ambassador).
  • Validate new hire and employee change requests in the HRIS.
  • Initiate background checks.
  • Review and approve invoices.
  • Assign and adjust employee time off in the HRIS.
  • Process benefit enrollments.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Manage the employee onboarding cycle.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent team on security clearance.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Identify, propose, document, and communicate potential improvements to the PSS team.
  • Manage internal payroll relationships.
  • Manage invoice approvals.
  • Monitor probationary check-in and approval workflows.
  • Participate in onboarding presentations for new starters.
  • Collaborate with benefits management to ensure new starters are registered for chosen benefits.
  • Ensure new Sales starters have commission schemes issued.
  • Provide change management support, compensation statements, and promotion letters.
  • Manage employment verifications.
  • Manage anniversary awards and wellness reimbursements, collaborating with payroll.
  • Provide first-line HR policy support, escalating complex/sensitive queries.
  • Provide sickness pay and leave advice to employees and managers.
  • Ensure accurate absence data in HRIS.
  • Provide leave paperwork and coordinate communication.
  • Complete third-party requests for analytics (government reporting/surveys).
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Maintain updated quick guides, training materials, scripts, and SOPs.

Work Hours & Time Zone Requirements

  • Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET).

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Share Service Center.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Good change management skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs/spreadsheets.
  • Experience with BambooHR, Jira.
  • Functional Testing experience.
