Full-Time People Systems Analyst

People Systems Analyst plays a vital role in Endeavour Group's "Team Services" function (HR Shared Services).

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support for SuccessFactors and other people systems (UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters, Qualtrics, Sailpoint).
• Gather business requirements, recommend enhancements, and modifications for people systems.
• Manage queries and issues, and provide Tier 2 support.
• Keep up-to-date on product features and releases, recommending improvements.
• Administer, maintain SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, Succession).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business and system requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system integration.
• Develop test scenarios, conduct testing, and document results.
• Monitor system performance, resolving issues and bugs.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Partner with Advisory centre for issue resolution.
• Investigate root cause and implement mitigation steps.
• Develop and deliver training programs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in People or Technology.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations or transformation environments.
• Experience with core HR business practices.
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, PMGM, Succession, Comp & VP).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
