Job Details
As a People Team Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment journey through our ATS (SmartRecruiters).
- Build relationships with hiring managers.
- Maintain and enhance talent pipelines.
- Champion inclusive, equitable, and belonging-focused hiring practices.
- Analyze recruitment data and trends.
- Develop and document recruitment SOPs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes.
- Support HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
- Assist with audits, data reviews, and special HR projects.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and support culture-building initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communications.
- Support training and development programs.
- Help manage employee clubs and hybrid community engagement activities.
