Outstanding opportunity for a People Technology Manager to lead efforts in enhancing HR technology landscape, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for navigating complex, multi-cultural environments.
Supports leadership’s strategic and tactical objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and IT Leadership Teams, Key Subject Matter Experts, and client interface for the organization’s People Technology portfolio which includes HCM/HXM, Compensation, Security, Recruiting, and Onboarding, as well as other HR system touchpoints (Kronos, ADP, etc.).
Collaborates with other People Technology and HR Teams at the global level to advance the collective technology capabilities of Veolia.
As a People Technology Manager:
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, HR, and IT departments to understand business requirements and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Problem Solve: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to People Technology systems and processes.
- Lead user support, systems administration, and mass data management activities (systems maintenance, data conversion, table maintenance, integration monitoring, mass data uploads, and configuration functions for People Technology applications).
- Cultural Adaptability: Thrive in culturally diverse environment, adapting to different perspectives and collaborating effectively.
- Big Picture Focus: Maintain a clear vision of the overall HR technology landscape and alignment with organizational strategy, ensuring individual projects contribute to the larger mission.
- Manage and deliver large, complex People Technology projects and system implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Optimize and expand use of the platform, seeking opportunities to integrate useful technologies.
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to successful delivery of complex People Technology projects.
- M&A: Guide HR technology systems and processes through mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, system integration planning, data migration, and change management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management, payroll).
- Experience navigating M&A activities and harmonizing systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience managing global People Technology projects (a plus).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related field.
