Operations Management: Oversee daily resident recruitment program operations, creating efficient workflows and adhering to project timelines. Provide guidance to other markets participating in the program. Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine program strategies. Collaborate with the New Provider Recruitment Team on recruitment activities for resident programs.
Resident Recruitment: Partner with the New Provider Recruitment team to identify physician sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with Physician Champions on event planning and recruitment projects. Manage contracts and compensation packages between participants and practices.
Deadline Management: Set program goals, ensure deadlines are met, track milestones, and communicate potential delays.
Event Marketing & Outreach: Organize, plan, and promote recruitment events (networking functions, onsite presentations) to attract qualified physicians. Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and manage marketing materials, job listings, and digital content.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates. Maintain communication with department heads and stakeholders to understand evolving physician needs. Gather and analyze feedback to improve program and recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent relevant experience. Project management skills and experience (certification a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Results-oriented approach with passion for healthcare and improving staffing solutions. Ability to develop new strategies and innovative approaches. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to positive candidate and client experiences.
Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required.
Technical Requirements (Remote Only): 5 MBPS download speed and 3 MBPS upload speed required. Online speed tests recommended (e.g., speedtest.net). Expense reimbursement for employees working from home offices.
