Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of resident recruitment program and initiatives, creating efficient workflows and adhering to project timelines. Offer guidance to other markets participating in the resident recruitment program. Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine program strategies. Collaborate on recruitment-related activities for resident programs with the New Provider Recruitment Team. Develop and maintain detailed reporting systems to track progress on all recruitment efforts of the program.
Resident Recruitment: Partner with the New Provider Recruitment team to provide information on where the team needs to proactively source, identify, and engage with physicians. Collaborate with Physician Champions on event planning and recruitment projects. Liaise on contracts and compensation packages between Prime Program participants and participating practices.
Deadline Management: Work closely with internal teams to set program goals and ensure deadlines are met. Track key milestones in program projects and communicate any potential delays.
Event Marketing & Outreach: Contribute to the organization, planning, and promotion of recruitment events, including Privia-hosted networking functions and on-site presentations to resident programs to attract qualified physicians for the Prime program and/or a Privia practice. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and manage marketing materials, job listings, and digital content for recruitment purposes.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates. Maintain strong communication with department heads and key stakeholders to understand evolving physician staffing needs. Gather and analyze feedback from hired physicians and internal teams to improve the program and recruitment processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent relevant experience. Project management skills and experience, certification a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to work autonomously to own this initiative and its outcomes and navigate ambiguity. Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Driven and results-oriented with a passion for healthcare and improving staffing solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and client experience. Creative thinker who can develop new strategies and innovative approaches to physician recruitment.
Technical Requirements (for remote workers only): Minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for Upload Speed. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 (base pay, not inclusive of bonuses or benefits).
