• Secure agreements with providers for student placements.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain positive relationships.
• Match students and sites efficiently.
• Manage partner site relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain curriculum knowledge and explain programs to partners.
• Address concerns regarding clinical experiences.
• Work with university partners and legal teams to secure contracts.
• Act as a role model for professionalism and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years business development/sales experience.
• Healthcare knowledge/experience.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
