Full-Time Placement Specialist

As a Placement Specialist, you will form relationships with clinical placement sites for student hands-on learning. This role combines sales and customer service, securing agreements with prospective providers and ensuring quality follow-up. The goal is to cultivate mutually respected relationships that yield a quality student experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with hospitals and clinics for student clinical rotations.
• Develop leads for partnerships by identifying suitable clinical sites and negotiating agreements.
• Manage relationships with existing clinical agency partners.
• Match students and sites promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum and explain programs to clinical partners.
• Identify and address concerns related to clinical experiences.
• Secure contracts with sites.
• Serve as a role model in customer service and communication.

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

• 3-5 years of business development and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare field.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organize.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
