Full-Time Portfolio Director, Event & Training

Informa seeks a strategic professional to manage HDI and ICMI's events, certification, and training, and brands' content.

Portfolio Director Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute events and training product strategies, setting annual goals, and tracking progress.
2. Drive content strategy focusing on best practices and performance improvement for professional communities.
3. Manage a cross-functional team, tracking performance, mentoring, and motivating career growth.
4. Ensure event agendas reflect industry trends and best practices.
5. Update and develop training content aligned with brand priorities.
6. Collaborate with teams to inform content best practices and integration into products and marketing.
7. Manage relationships with industry experts and influencers.
8. Vetting and performance tracking of trainers.
9. Manage conference advisory boards, writers, top influencers.
10. Financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of 9 P&Ls (6 training, 3 events).
11. Market alignment and quality assurance: align strategy with market trends for the IT and contact center industries.
