As a senior leader, this role shapes and delivers Endava’s solution strategy across assigned TMT industry verticals. The candidate will ensure solutions are strategically differentiated and commercially viable, aligned with client needs and growth plans.
- Act as a senior solution director and trusted business partner during major client pursuits.
- Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, balancing innovation with feasibility.
- Champion repeatability and reusability of successful solution patterns.
- Contribute strategic direction on capability development and service innovation.
- Defining and evolving strategic offerings, services and reusable IP.
- Leading solutioning in major pursuits and ensuring quality and commercial value.
- Acting as a strategic advisor and fostering senior relationships.
- Embedding future-facing thinking, AI, and emerging tech into Endava’s solution landscape.
- Aligning across Delivery, Sales, Practices and vertical leadership.
- 12–15 years+ in solution & enterprise architecture, consulting, delivery, or commercial leadership within the TMT industry.
- Proven success in shaping and selling large, strategic and complex solutions.
- Extensive experience in pre-sales, proposals, and client engagement.
