Prevention Advisor Level 1

As a Prevention Advisor Level 1, you're vital in developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s well-being policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and advise management on preventive measures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a prevention and well-being policy compliant with legal standards.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal audits and workplace inspections. Report findings and suggest improvement actions.
• Organize training sessions and campaigns to raise employee awareness.
• Actively participate in the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPBW), presenting issues and proposing solutions.
• Liaise with external prevention and protection services.
• Provide guidance on psychosocial risks and stress prevention.

Requirements

• Certified Prevention Advisor Level 1 diploma or Bachelor's degree with willingness to obtain certification.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role within a technical/industrial/complex environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Belgian legislation on well-being at work (WABO).
• Strong communication skills and ability to create buy-in.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Team player capable of collaborating effectively to prioritize safety and well-being.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (proficiency in English and French is a plus).
