About the RoleAs the Principal Product Marketing Manager for Managed Search, you will be responsible for crafting and executing product marketing strategies targeting engineering and IT buyers, driving enterprise adoption, and supporting exponential revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Product Positioning: Identify and detail key roles in the buying process and user personas.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and refine messaging for engineering and IT decision-makers, focusing on Managed Search's ability to reduce operational complexity, improve scalability, optimize costs, and mitigate risks.
- Value Propositions: Position search infrastructure services for custom applications, DXP systems, and search projects.
- Revenue-Focused Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product features and market expansions.
- Strategic Plans and Execution: Develop and own the product marketing strategy to 5X Managed Search ARR.
- Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives.
- Revenue Team Enablement: Develop and deliver advanced sales enablement materials.
- Sales Partnership: Become the go-to resource for the revenue team.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis and identify key differentiators.
- Pipeline Growth and Acceleration: Drive demand generation strategies targeting engineering and IT buyers.
- Generate High-Value Content: Develop high-quality content across multiple channels.
- Champion SearchStax Managed Search Service: Develop thought leadership content.
- Customer Advocacy and Case Studies: Collaborate with customer success to identify high-impact use cases.
What You Must Have
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS), Search as a service or similar technical solutions.
- Expertise in crafting go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- Demonstrated success in enabling sales and partnership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data.
- Exceptional ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
Salary: $150,000 - $195,000
