Privia+ Success Associate
The Privia+ Success Associate provides ongoing support of Privia+ services for enrolled providers and their staff. They are an integral part of the Privia+ program team.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulling provider data
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Escalating performance concerns to the Privia+ team
- Collaborating with the Privia+ Success Manager and Program Managers to drive program success and retention
- Assisting with provider and office support
- Monitoring program KPIs weekly
- Creating provider performance check-in decks and ROI analyses
- Tracking and managing outstanding provider/staff questions
- Escalating and managing performance issues/KPIs
- Supporting the Privia+ Success Manager on operational projects
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years account management or client-facing experience in physician billing
- Coding experience preferred
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) preferred
- Excel experience required
- CRM (Salesforce) and data management experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare/physician practice setting preferred
- HIPAA compliance
- Ability to have honest, difficult conversations
- Passion for improving physician workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Prioritization and multitasking skills
- Self-direction and initiative

Technical Requirements (Remote Only):
- Minimum download speed: 5 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 base salary. Annual bonus targeted at 10%.
