Job Details
As a Product Deployment Specialist, you will support clinic staff in using our web-based EMR, ensuring successful implementation. Your work will improve clinical processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define needs of new customers.
- Plan and prepare the technological park for product deployment.
- Implement functional interfaces.
- Develop IT clinical processes for optimal EMR use.
- Participate in remote and on-site deployments.
- Prepare and conduct training for clerical and medical staff.
- Organize Q&A sessions.
- Design presentations and write project reports.
- Support clients.
- Apply corrective interventions to improve clinical processes.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary studies in health, education, health software, or project management.
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to establish interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Valid Driver's license (Class 5) and car; Schedule flexibility and availability to travel throughout British Columbia.
