Full-Time Product Director - Screening

We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-driven Product Director - Screening to lead the product strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Screening products portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead a cross-functional team to define the strategic vision and Screening product roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
2. Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization and post-launch support including the creation of business cases, requirements, and product materials.
3. Represent the voice of the customer throughout the development process ensuring market fit and clinical impact.
4. Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive successful product launches and sustained market success.
5. Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and growth.
6. Partner with Finance to create and manage project budgets and financial performance metrics; develop and execute plans for optimization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product development and leadership experience, including at least 3 years within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products in diagnostics, medtech, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of product development process, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
