Full-Time Product Lead, Individual Ordering

We’re seeking a mission-driven Product Lead to own the end-to-end experience for individual healthcare providers who may order GeneDx tests. This person will lead solutions to help providers onboard, place orders, interpret results, and serve their patients.

This role will translate strategy into scalable programs that deliver clarity, ease, and clinical value. You will ensure provider/practice user experiences and communications are clear, accessible, intuitive, and frictionless, meeting critical operational, clinical, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead product strategy, roadmap, and programs for individual provider ordering experiences.
• Translate strategy into actionable features and services to streamline onboarding, ordering, and results access.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution (Clinical Product, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Client Services, Engineering).
• Deeply understand clinician needs through research, interviews, and observation.
• Partner with Product Owners to scope and deliver solutions via scrum teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs (Order conversion rate, Time-to-first-order, NPS, Provider support ticket volume).

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B or clinician-facing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, diagnostic ordering, EMRs, and test interpretation tools.
• Strong execution and attention to detail.
• Deep empathy for end users (providers, patients, and caregivers).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product practices.
