Product Manager – Compliance & Interoperability at PointClickCare
PointClickCare is a leading healthcare technology platform.
About the role:
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering compliance and interoperability products. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, maintaining a product backlog and contributing to the roadmap. You'll also interact with external users and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand company strategy and connect it to product areas.
- Be a product expert, including functionality and value creation.
- Serve as the customer voice, partnering with engineering and UX.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog, write user stories, and support engineering teams.
- Continuously assess and improve products and services.
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks.
- Collaborate with various teams (UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, Regulatory).
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Strengths:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Product management experience (including innovation).
- Healthcare data experience.
- Experience with standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare systems is a plus.
- Agile and Design Thinking experience is a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- SaaS product management experience.
