Full-Time Product Manager (CX)

As a Product Manager, you'll work directly with the Consumer Experience team, focusing on healthcare consumer products/solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate product growth and sales.
• Deepen understanding of the market, competition, and client experiences.
• Develop and maintain product strategy, analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and generating new ideas.
• Achieve product consensus through demos and presentations, acting as a product evangelist.
• Translate product strategy into a roadmap (new development, enhancements).
• Design, scope, and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact.
• Provide cross-functional project management for development initiatives.
• Drive product launches with key stakeholders (operational, marketing, etc.).
• Work with executives and leadership to understand business needs.
• Gather client feedback to understand problems and pain points.
• Ensure user experience is integrated into products, making them accessible, attractive, and efficient.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet business and client expectations.
• Work with marketing and sales to align positioning and promotional plans.
• Assist client services with requests and ROI reporting.
• Travel occasionally.
