Tenthpin Solutions is looking for an experienced, pro-active and highly skilled Product Owner to join our rapidly growing organization.
The Opportunity:
As a Product Owner for one of the products in our Intelligent Quality Suite, you will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions like T/ICG, T/ICV, and T/QME. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these products meet customer needs and industry standards while aligning with our strategic goals.
- Turn product roadmaps into executable product development priorities according to industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features, leveraging customer co-innovation opportunities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, clear, and deliver maximum value to customers
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure alignment with Life Sciences industry needs in the quality management domain
- Drive GxP compliance across the product lifecycle, ensuring that our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process meets regulatory standards
- Oversee project management activities, including planning, progress tracking, and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Promote Agile methodologies within the development teams to enhance productivity and ensure iterative delivery of features
- Stay informed about technological advancements, especially SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP), quality management, and AI advancements
- Support customer onboarding by providing expertise on configuring and deploying solutions in SAP BTP environments
- Contribute to marketing and sales enablement, creating collaterals that communicate the value of the Intelligent Quality Suite effectively
Your experience:
- Strong knowledge of quality-related processes in the Life Sciences industry especially in batch release of medicinal products
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, preferably for SaaS-based products, with experience in SAP and/or AWS being a plus
- Understanding of GxP compliance and its application in SDLC processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable features and user stories
- Familiarity with AI technologies, such as LLMs, and their practical applications in quality management is a plus
