Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Administrator to provide top-tier administrative and programmatic support to the HR Program Office. This role is critical in coordinating strategic initiatives, managing program logistics, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

- Deliver comprehensive administrative, operational and programmatic support to the CHRO and HR Program Office.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across global time zones.
- Act as a liaison between the HR Program Office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up tracking.
- Support the execution of HR programs and initiatives by Coordinating cross-functional tasks and aligning with project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitoring progress and preparing regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Maintaining program documentation, resource libraries and communication for key initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative and operational challenges to ensure smooth program execution.
- Assist in the development and rollout of HR programs, policies, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR Program Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimally 8 years) in executive support, program coordination, or project administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
