About Euclid Power: We build software for the renewable energy industry, helping developers and investors build more projects. Our team of experts facilitates the deployment of renewable energy projects.
About the Role: We seek a Program Director for our Development Services vertical.
What You'll Do:
- Direct client engagements for BESS projects in major US markets (TX & CA).
- Expand BESS service offerings, scaling this within Development Services.
- Advise as a subject matter expert, analyzing risks at all project stages.
- Manage external stakeholders for expert-level outcomes.
- Coach and mentor Project Managers and Analysts on BESS best practices.
- Collaborate with the Product team to shape product design.
- Support company-wide functions including engagement tracking, P&L management, and resource planning.
- Drive growth of solar and storage projects by standardizing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of proven project development experience in renewable energy.
- Experience in project sale and financing transactions (preferred).
- Experience developing and executing market strategies for large-scale energy storage.
- Complete knowledge of the renewables project lifecycle and financial models.
- Mastery of key technical and commercial provisions (revenue, interconnection, etc.).
- Experience managing competitive procurement processes for energy storage components.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance (preferred).

Compensation: $200,000 - $235,000 base salary plus equity.
