Full-Time Project Manager

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Representative partner, seeks a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to support the Sales Operations team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, upper management, stakeholders) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and minimize impact.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, status reports, change orders).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and AT&T services (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Problem-solving mindset.
