Position Overview:

The Project Manager is a source of consistency, reliability, and expertise within the PMO. They are a project leader and facilitator.

At Mindgrub, the Project Manager goes above and beyond "on-time, on-budget, and on-scope" to become a true stakeholder in project success. They facilitate day-to-day priorities with energy and confidence. Project Managers adeptly adjust their communication and management style to meet the needs of the multi-disciplinary internal team (strategy, creative, and technology partners). They are the team's champion throughout the entire project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

Projects:

• Highly knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile practices, executing either (or a blend).
• Follows proven process and tasking to meet project needs and constraints without compromising quality.
• Contributes new ideas to process innovation and development.
• High degree of ownership in managing numerous projects and priorities concurrently.
• Provides exceptional leadership and delivers the highest quality deliverables, working well under pressure.
• Confident and capable of executing tasking independently.
• Working knowledge of discovery and development lifecycle in web and mobile application projects.

Department/People:

• Organized and efficient with project management fundamentals and processes.
• Learns and understands tools to drive project success, maximize profitability, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Driven to learn, develop new skills and contribute to collective success.
• Stays current on industry best practices and collaborates across departments to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts of all sizes (small business to enterprise).
• Thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn more.
• PMP, CSM, Agile-related certification (preferred).
• ERP implementation experience (a plus).
• Experience working on a wide variety of digital projects (web and mobile).
• Exceptional oral and written communication.
• Strong servant leadership style.
• Proficient in problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (with ambition to become certified in Agile).
• Proficient in communicating internally and externally, translating technical language for clients.
• Ability to lead well under pressure to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to oversee project teams and manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Compensation: $50 - $65 per hour USD.
