Job Details

We’re supporting a leading healthcare organization seeking a Provider Engagement Account Manager to strengthen relationships across its provider network. You’ll serve as the key contact for physicians and clinics—driving quality, utilization, and value-based performance through proactive account management.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain provider relationships within assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to review performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network issues and optimize outcomes.
  • Use data to identify trends, improve provider engagement, and achieve performance goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field.
  • 2 + years experience in provider relations or account management within a health plan or IPA.
  • Familiarity with HEDIS, MLR, and utilization metrics.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Local travel up to 80 % of the week (required).
