Full-Time Provider Recruitment Associate

Provider Recruitment Associate will support Privia Health's growth by assisting the Provider Recruitment team in the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of practice model and regional communities to assist candidates.
• Work with recruiters to profile new requisitions and develop practice descriptions.
• Identify, source, pre-screen, and schedule qualified candidates (APPs and Physicians).
• Manage sourcing activities and log activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage outbound communication campaigns (emails, mailings, etc.).
• Support candidate interview processes (phone and site visits, travel arrangements).
• Assist in developing recruitment marketing collateral.
• Support off-site recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain a provider recruitment resource library.
• Set and track performance objectives.
• Travel (20%).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Healthcare, sales, marketing, or recruiting background preferred.
• Knowledge of the medical/physician community.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, social media).
• Excellent marketing, public relations, and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct efficient internet research.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to work as a team and adapt to changing schedules.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Professional and adaptable demeanor.
• High energy level.
