Job Details
Provider Recruitment Associate will support Privia Health growth by assisting the Provider Recruitment team with recruitment logistics to successfully place physician and advanced practitioner candidates.
Develop and maintain knowledge of practice model and regional communities to support candidate inquiries.
Work with physician recruiters to profile requisitions and develop practice opportunity descriptions.
Work with recruiters to identify, source, pre-screen, and schedule qualified candidates for open requisitions (APP's and Physicians).
Manage sourcing activities and log activities in applicant tracking system.
Manage outbound communication campaigns (emails, mailings, etc.) for physician and advanced practitioner requisitions.
Support Provider Recruitment Coordinator and physician recruiters with candidate interview processes, including interview coordination, travel, and lodging arrangements.
Assist in developing and ordering physician recruitment marketing collateral.
Support off-site recruitment events (conferences).
Develop and maintain provider recruitment resource library.
Establish high-reach objectives, track performance, and report.
Travel required (20%).
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience.
- Previous healthcare, sales, marketing, or recruiting background, with medical/physician community knowledge.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, social media).
- Superior marketing and public relations skills to positively present practice opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient Internet research.
- Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Professional, adaptable demeanor with internal/external clients (administrators, physicians, peers, staff).
- High energy level, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to meet medical staff needs.
- Multitasking, planning, and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work with changing deadlines.
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 base pay + $10,000 - $13,000 commission incentive.

Remote Work Requirements:
- Minimum download speed: 5 MBPS
- Minimum upload speed: 3 MBPS
