Full-Time PV Officer (Senior Level)

PV Officer (senior level position) at PrimeVigilance

PV Officers manage a variety of case processing services with full accountability. Work with teams of different sizes (small clinical trial to large post-marketing).

Requirements:

• Life science/biomedical background graduate or related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science).
• Demonstrated experience in case processing.
• Strong time and issue management skills, delegation, organization, multitasking, attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English skills (C1 level).

Responsibilities:

• Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (post-marketing, clinical trials, devices, combination products) following regulations, procedures, and client requirements.
• Independent SAE/SUSAR Management (submissions, unblinding, clinical trial reconciliations).
• Database output preparation for periodic reporting (PBRER, DSUR, PADER, etc.).
• Mentoring and training of junior employees, including procedure optimization.
