Full-Time Quality and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Quality and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator supports implementation of policies and processes to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Coordinates risk management activities, including incident management and incident analysis/reporting.

Supports quality assurance through development, implementation, and oversight of quality and utilization reporting tools including data analytics.

1. Facilitates development of policies, processes, and procedures to support regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
2. Identifies quality and compliance issues within the LIFE program.
3. Develops and implements education for Albright LIFE employees on state and federal regulations and quality initiatives for the PACE program.
4. Contributes to the annual Quality Improvement Plan and supports LIFE Centers in achieving quality goals/outcomes.
5. Coordinates and timely submits regulatory compliance data to state and regulatory agencies, advocacy/lobbying organizations, leadership, and others.
6. Develops and implements audit tools, tracking tools, etc. to support quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
7. Documents and implements process improvement(s) and utilizes appropriate processes to accomplish objectives and goals.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in operational compliance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, project management, business controls, or hospital throughput data. Familiarity working with regulators in human service or community-based healthcare systems, preferably the Department of Human Services and/or The Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Human Services, or related discipline; or a Master's degree in the field of human services or medicine.
